Accounts and sign-in

You sign in with Google. We store the email, name and profile picture Google shares with us, your sign-in session, and the records needed to keep your credit balance, orders and video history.

Photos and generated videos

Upload only photos you are allowed to use and that the people (or pet owners) shown have agreed to. Your two photos are sent to our AI video provider only to make the clip you asked for. We try to delete uploaded photos after a generation succeeds or fails; they can remain while a request is pending or if cleanup fails. Generated videos stay in your private account and are not published anywhere by us.

Payments

Stripe hosts checkout and processes your payment details. We keep order, payment status and credit-ledger records so we can add credits and resolve payment problems. We never see or store your full card number.

Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, including when an account is created, a video is generated or a purchase is confirmed. Purchase events include the order ID, amount and currency, never your email or photos. We also keep first-party usage counts in our own database to keep the service running.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your data, including your account and videos.
